Hatha is considered a gentle yoga that focuses on static poses and is great for beginners. However, even though it is gentle, it can still be physically and mentally challenging.
Vinyasa (Flow Yoga)

Barre Pilates
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body.
In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. In some classes, you'll use just the barre while others we will incorporate tools like resistance bands, sliders free weights & exercise balls.
Restorative Yoga & Yin
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of an hour.
Restorative yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels. By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.
Fitness Pilates

Through the use of mat based and standing exercises the class is designed to strengthen the body, with particular focus on building core strength to help improve posture, balance and stability. The flowing movements and stretches aid mobility and help to relieve stress and tension within both the body and mind.
